Customer Service

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service to walk-in customers and answer enquiries on telephone in relation to Christian books & media resources.
  • Administration and other customer service duties eg customer account enquiries.
  • Handles processing of sales & on-line orders, filing of quotations etc.
  • Keep up to-date with special promotions and showroom display.
  • Stock replenishment and organization.
  • Cover duties of fulfilment officer on inbound/outbound shipments as necessary.
  • Maintaining inventory database of online store.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required skill(s): computer literacy, strong interpersonally skills & Customer Relations skills,
  • No work experience required.
  • Full-Time and Short term contract positions available.
